My family's journey in the sporting goods industry began in 1948, when my grandfather, Shri Late Baldev Raj Verma, migrated from Punjab (now in Pakistan) and settled in Jalandhar, Punjab. He laid the foundation by establishing a sporting goods business that served customers across India.
My father, Shri Late Satish Verma, took this legacy forward and expanded the business nationwide, building strong relationships and trust across the Indian sports market. In my late 20s, I joined the business with a vision to diversify and scale. That’s when I began our new venture into children’s park equipment and sports infrastructure. My father also supported and expanded this new line with equal dedication.
Today, I can proudly say that we have been in this industry for over 50 years, carrying a deep-rooted legacy, unmatched experience, and expertise. We’ve continuously evolved with time—upgrading our product quality, expanding our range, and staying aligned with modern lifestyle and market needs.
Under the banner of Marshaal Empire, we now manufacture and supply a wide range of products including children’s park equipment, outdoor gym equipment, school furniture, stadium seating, pool and snooker tables, and more. As the world changes, one must adapt—and we are committed to delivering excellence, innovation, and trust in every product we create.

The name and respect they earned over decades in the sports and infrastructure industry is not easy to maintain in today’s fast-changing world—but I have promised myself to uphold it with the same integrity, quality, and dedication.
I have been actively involved in the family business for over 10 years now. My focus has always been on delivering turnkey solutions—whether it's transforming barren land into badminton courts, synthetic basketball courts, mini stadiums, or trampoline parks. I personally love creating projects from the ground up and watching a complete sports infrastructure come to life.
